Our investments
The Housing Accelerator Loan Fund has provided 13 loans to affordable housing developers since 2023, totaling over $20 million to create more than 1,500 new units in the Austin area. These investments have supported housing for people with disabilities, people experiencing chronic homelessness, youth aging out of foster care, seniors citizens, survivors of domestic violence, and other many families seeking a place to call home.
