About our grant opportunity:
The Community Grants Program is a year-round grant opportunity for local nonprofits working in our eight impact areas. Each quarter, we match grant requests with the interests and passions of our fundholders, ensuring your project is funded at the highest level possible.
Please note: you may apply to the Community Grants Program at any time during the year, however, we will only accept a grant request once every 12 months.
- Submit your online grant application including:
*All grant recipients are required to submit a final report through the online portal within two months of the project’s completion date.
Grant requests from previous grantees will be considered after the funded project is complete and a final report has been submitted.
Please note: organizations are eligible to request funding from the Community Grants Program once every 12 months from your initial submission date.

Applications are accepted year-round. Once you’ve submitted your application, please allow up to four-five months for review. You will be notified of your application’s status by the following decision dates:
- March 17, 2021
- June 16, 2021
- September 15, 2021
- December 15, 2021
