Audrey’s role:
As part of the Marketing and Communications team at ACF, I help create consistent, compelling, mission-driven messaging across platforms. More specifically, as the Communications Coordinator, I craft compelling stories that inspire donor engagement, and support event and digital communications.
What brought Audrey to the Foundation:
I was drawn to Austin Community Foundation because of their vision for a vibrant and equitable community for everyone. Additionally, I was energized by the ACF team and workplace culture. As someone who is passionate about community, storytelling, and mission-driven work, ACF felt like the natural next step in my career.
What Audrey did before:
Born and raised in San Antonio, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Communication from Trinity University. Upon graduation and prior to ACF, I managed events and and led marketing campaigns in nonprofit and retail spaces, all with a focus on community engagement.
Audrey’s favorite thing to do in Central Texas:
My current favorite activities are walking along the Ann and Roy Butler Trail, playing tennis, and trying a new recipe. I also enjoy trips to beach destinations and cozy time with my two cats—Cookie and Tiramisu.
