Olivia’s role: I manage weekly grant distributions, review grant requests, and oversee payments for donor advised funds. I handle inquiries from grant and scholarship constituents, provide technical support for grant management tools, and offer administrative support to the Donor Relations and Finance departments. Additionally, I assist with accounts payable processing.
What brought Olivia to the Foundation: I was searching for a position within an organization that aligned with my values and was drawn to the Foundation because of its approach to uplifting the local community and promoting generosity. I really enjoy the team and instantly felt at ease around everyone because of their welcoming, understanding, and positive attitudes.
What Olivia did before: I previously worked in administrative roles in multiple industries and worked as a substitute teacher. I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s of Social Work and a received a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School.
Olivia’s favorite things to do in Central Texas: I love doing anything that engages my artistic creativity. I enjoy drawing, painting, singing, and playing piano/guitar. I like taking my dog for walks, practicing yoga, and as a recent transplant to Austin I’m excited to get outdoors more!
