Our Host Committee is made up of dedicated community leaders who bring passion and expertise to shaping the Austin in Common experience.
Scott Flack
As CEO of Live Oak, Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate to his role as co-chair of ACF’s Affordable Housing Accelerator Committee, which helps advance equitable housing solutions through a revolving loan fund. He also serves on the Board of Governors at ACF, is a member and past chair of the Social Equity Committee at the Austin Area Research Organization (AARO), and is involved in many other industry and educational organizations at UT Austin.
Anna Near
Anna channels her passion for community impact through her work as an estate planning attorney and her extensive board service. At Saunders & Associates, she advises clients on thoughtful wealth transfer and philanthropic planning, connecting them to ACF services when appropriate. On the ACF Board of Governors and Community Impact Committee, she brings a seasoned perspective on the vital role planned giving can play in strengthening Austin for generations to come.
