Zoë’s role:

I manage the full community-led grant cycle for ACF’s signature programs, the Women’s Fund and Hispanic Impact Fund, as well as the Forever Austin Fund grant cycle. My day to day responsibilities include coordinating grantmaking, leading grant-related volunteers, and supporting fundraising, events and data management.

What brought Zoë to the Foundation:

I love getting to support and partner with so many nonprofits in the community doing incredible and impactful work. I also love the people I work with at ACF!

What Zoë did before:

Prior to ACF, I was the Senior Associate for strategic services at DRiWaterstone Human Capital—an executive search and strategic services firm for the nonprofit sector. I partnered with nonprofits and foundations to help develop high-impact strategies in fundraising, grantmaking and structure. I conducted in-depth research, led complex projects, facilitated stakeholder collaboration, and provided data-driven insights to inform grantmaking and philanthropic investments—particularly in areas like maternal health and health equity. I also have experience supporting business development and writing pitches and proposals, both at DRiWaterstone, and in my previous role as Pitch and Proposal Coordinator at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

I have a B.A. in international affairs and minors in economics and French from the George Washington University.

Zoë’s favorite thing to do in Central Texas:

I love swimming in Barton Springs and enjoying drinks/live music outside with friends.
