Working remotely is not without its challenges, but our team is definitely up for the task. By relying heavily on some of the tools we’ve already been using, the majority of our team has been able to transition into remote work seamlessly.
2020 – We believe Austin belongs to all of us and everyone deserves opportunity. With this guiding principle, Austin Community Foundation has developed a strategic plan that will guide our work over the next five years.
In 1999, Dr. Jordan suggested the creation of the Jordan Award to recognize individual(s) for volunteerism by means of a grant to the organization in which they volunteered. The award has evolved over the years. Today, we invite nonprofits to apply for the Jordan Award, rather than nominating individuals.
On July 11, 2019, the Austin Business Journal announced Coralie Pledger among the six winners of the 2019 Best CFO Awards, which recognizes outstanding financial stewards and leaders in the Austin area.
